  • We roast in small batches using precise profiles that highlight each bean’s unique flavor. Every order is freshly roasted and shipped soon after, so you enjoy coffee that’s smooth, balanced, and never over-roasted or bitter.

  • Our selection includes a full range of coffee types to satisfy every palate. We feature premium single origin coffee directly from growers in Mexico, Africa, and Central America, in addition to rich blended coffee and our popular lineup of all natural flavored coffee.   • Finding the right coffee is easy. We've named many of our coffees to reflect their specific country of origin, giving you a hint of their unique flavor profile. To ensure you have all the information you need, every product description provides full details about ingredients, country of origin, and more.

  • Single Origin coffees are coffee beans that are specific to one geographic origin. This may include a particular country, farm, region, estate, or cooperative. The single origin beans are not mixed with any other beans from any other group or location. 

    Blended Coffees are those created by mixing multiple origins to get a desired flavor. These are used to get a particular taste that may not be gotten from using single-origin beans. 

    Flavored Coffees are coffees that have been added with additional flavors to provide a taste that is beyond the natural flavors found in coffees. These may include flavors like French vanilla, Cinnabon, caramel, hazelnut, Mexican chocolate, and Pumpkin spice. All our flavorings are all natural.

  • Our coffees are Fairtrade certified. We commit to supporting sustainable and ethical practices. Our Fairtrade certification ensures that the coffee farmers and workers receive fair compensation, work in safe conditions, and contributed to environmental sustainability. 

  • Like any other coffee beans, we recommend that you store them in an airtight container in a cool, dark place and away from direct sunlight, moisture, and odors. This helps to keep them fresh. 

  • Yes, all orders include free shipping.

  • We ensure your premium coffee is as fresh as possible by custom-roasting it for your order. This process takes 3 to 5 business days. After roasting and packaging, we ship your freshly roasted coffee using a 2-3 business day service.

  • No Sales Tax: The price you see is the price you pay.

    We offer two easy ways to buy:

    • One-Time Purchase: Perfect for trying a new premium coffee blend or roast.
    • Monthly Subscription: Save 5% on every order when you sign up for a convenient monthly subscription.
  • You can place an order by simply doing the following:

    1. Select Your Premium Coffee: Find the specific coffee variety you want to order and click on it to view the product page.

    2. Choose Options: On the product page, select your preferred coffee size and grind type from the boxes provided.

    3. Add to Cart: Click either the "Add to Cart" button to pay with your credit/debit card, or "Buy with SHOP Pay" to use that payment method.

    4. Complete Your Purchase: Proceed to your cart, click "Checkout," and fill in your shipping, billing, and payment details to finalize your order.

  • We process orders as soon as they're placed to ensure fast delivery. You can modify your coffee order as long as it hasn't shipped yet. To request a change, just email us at koffi@toasttocoffee.com, and we'll let you know if it's possible at that time.

  • Yes—our subscription program delivers coffee right to your door on your schedule. Fresh beans, zero effort plus you receive a discount on your subscription orders.

  • We use both the USPS and UPS depending on the weight and size of your order and your shipping location. While the USPS is suited for smaller orders, the UPS is best for large orders. 

  • After your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to your email. You can use this tracking information to check the progress of your order.

  • We accept the major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard American Express, and Discover, as well as SHOP Pay and Google Pay. You can see the accepted payment methods on the checkout page. 

  • We care about your security. When you submit your payment method information on the website, you are submitting directly to our third-party payment processors (Shopify or Google). They have the required security measures to secure your payment method from unauthorized access and use. 

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, we begin the process of freshly roasting your coffee beans to ensure maximum flavor and quality. Please be sure about your order before clicking the purchase button, as we cannot cancel it once the roasting process begins.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchange for dissatisfaction. We will offer refunds or exchange if your order (or an item in it) is missing, damaged in transit, or the wrong one. And you must make a request within 2 days after delivery. You can learn more about refunds by reviewing our Refund Policy

  • Yes! We sell both retail and wholesale. If you need to order wholesale or bulk, reach out to us through our business services page.

  • No, we currently do not offer custom packaging for wholesale and retail orders. However, we are constantly developing and may consider offering custom packaging in the future. 

  • At this time, we do not offer personalized messages or gift wrapping.

  • Yes, we ship within the US to Canada, Europe, and other parts of the world – provided that our shipping carriers support your location and the product isn’t a banned commodity in your country. Please, proceed to the checkout page to see if your location is supported.
